"Hi Sylvia, I wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed the class on Saturday and how inspired I was as a result. On Sunday night, I cooked the roast chicken and potatoes, and varied the bean salad recipe for snow peas - all a success! My son, who has never been a fan of potatoes, finished all I put on his plate and asked for more!
